I don’t understand why my Siberian Tiger animation got removed

Hi guys,

When I first first upload the Siberian Tiger animation the first time, it got around 3/5 stars and I checked the guidelines, it didn’t go against it but the mod or an admin removed it without telling me why. The second time I uploaded it, it stayed there for a while but it got removed again, I don’t understand why. Is it because of the song choice I used for the animation? When I uploaded it to YouTube before Newgrounds, it didn’t get a copystriked. I have no choice but to put my Siberian Tiger YouTube video here.

Even when I change the thumbnail, it still got removed so I think it’s the song choice

Dammit I knew it something to do with the song. What’s with corporations being greedy? I even gave them credits too wtf. Has something like this happened to you?

@orbitz @XEmoCatX I already told you, tom has his hands tied right now. Newgrounds once didn't give a damn about copyright, but since copyright is much stricter on the internet than it used to be, tom is avoiding authorities be it a company using the DMCA or even feds stepping in if it gets severe enough. Though even back in 2004 newgrounds BBS had a strict no piracy rule.

It’s okay ??
I’m pretty new to Newgrounds and I remember when I was younger, ppl used to add in copyright music in games and animation like you said before. It’s such a shame that these assholes got Tom’s ass and making that copyright thing strict. What’s sad is that there are some greedy companies abused the copyright system. I bet musicians/singers would like their songs featured in stuff and it helps ppl to get to know who they are.

@lwpage If I ever post this animation again, I will have to replace the music with copyright free music from Newgrounds (if I get permission first from the owners who made music) or just mute it.

@lwpage I forgot to mention that I’m surprised that my other animation is still here. The song I used for the other animation is an instrumental version of the song. Is Newgrounds fine with instrumental/cover version of the songs?
